Imported Items
Items like Mobile and accessories are imported from the USA hence it takes 2-3 weeks to reach, we take 100% advance for those items
Delivery timings are written in the specs for each item

Please open and check the product in front of the courier staff. JAMBO MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO. L.L.C  will not take any responsibility if the package is empty/damaged afterward.

We only deliver via top courier companies in the United Arab Emirates.

*It might take 1-5 business days to reach shipment depending on the size and weight of the product. Desktop computers, take more days. Some items are not available for COD, we take 50% advance to confirm orders for COD. The Shipment consolidation workbench page works like the load building workbench, where you can assess multiple shipments at the same time and assign a non-consolidated order to a specific shipment. You can apply shipment consolidation templates to assess proposed consolidations multiple times and confirm them.

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. and the time of checkout, the possibility that multiple shipments may result in multiple postings on your monthly statement.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

JAMBO MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO. L.L.C  ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

JAMBO MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO. L.L.C  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

JAMBO MOBILE PHONES & ACCESSORIES TRADING CO. L.L.C  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 10 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.
