    • The order or service request has not yet been processed or shipped.
  2. Availability of Refunds:
    • Cancellation refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds for canceled orders or services will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days after cancellation approval.
  • Depending on the payment solution or bank, the refund may take up to 45 days to reflect in the customer’s account.

Important Notes

  1. No Refund Policy:
    • For certain products, services, or promotional offers, a No Refund and No Cancellation Policy may apply. These terms will be clearly communicated to the customer before the purchase decision to avoid any misunderstandings.
  2. Cancellation After Shipment or Service Initiation:
    • Orders that have already been shipped or services that have been initiated cannot be canceled. Customers are advised to contact Customer Support for any post-shipment queries.
  3. Refund Exclusions:
    • Refunds will not include any delivery or service charges incurred during the order unless the cancellation was due to an error by Jambo Mobiles.
  4. Advance Payments:
    • If a partial or full advance payment was made for specific products or services, the same will be refunded as per the timeline mentioned above.
