Important Notes
- Jambo Mobiles may request an advance payment (partial or full) for certain products to confirm your order.
- Please retain the proof of delivery receipt signed or confirmed by the registered customer.
- Changes in product prices due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., currency devaluation, shortages) will be communicated. The order will only be processed if the customer agrees to the updated price.

If your prepaid order is canceled due to product unavailability or other reasons attributable to Jambo Mobiles, you are entitled to a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed:
- You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, detailing the payment status.
- The confirmation notification will be sent within 1 hour of successful payment.
